Hotel property and rooms were very clean. Easy to find- right off the highway.

Room rate was double what the quality and amenities call for. Bed was not very comfortable (hard) and pillows were bulky and uncomfortable as well. Zero amenities and very over priced.

The hotel rooms are spotless and updated, featuring a balcony. The location is superior and convenient, just across the street from the airport shuttle. Easy access to a mall and supermarket adds to the convenience of the hotel's location.

Cleanliness. Courteous and accommodating staff, allowed room change after checking in after finding out that our room had a door connecting to the adjacent room. Just picked up the phone to ask and headed downstairs to pick up new key cards!

Water pressure in the shower wasn't great, but we are in a drought right now... So maybe a pass for the time being.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay at a hotel in Novato. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel completely welcome. The facilities were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a cozy holiday. The hotel's location was perfect, close to attractions and shopping options. We especially enjoyed the free parking and strong wifi connection, which made our stay even more convenient. it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend it for a holiday getaway.

A few drawbacks during our stay. The beds were uncomfortable, with noticeable springs poking through the mattresses.
